Admin of Organization
After an organization’s admin completes the purchase, the assigned account manager will initiate the onboarding process through the Workway internal system. They will allocate the agreed-upon number of seats based on purchased licenses.
Once the organization’s profile is established, the admin will receive an onboarding email containing their credentials to access the Admin Panel. This panel allows the admin to manage team members, assignQuests, and monitor learner engagement data.
The admin can use the credentials provided in the onboarding email to log in to the system.
